Awareness :

Awareness regarding spinal cord injury, its outcomes, prognosis, and adaptation strategies to cope with the life after injury is very critical to PwSCI. There is an urgent need of spreading awareness on the appropriate response of the public at the site of accident, techniques of transferring a suspected case of SCI from the site of accident to hospital, and emergency medical management. However, spinal cord injury prevention education remains the most important line of treatment.
